Jen grew up in Elmira, NY, went to the College of William & Mary in Virginia for college, and moved to Colorado as soon as she graduated. She got her Master’s in Counseling Psychology and worked as a psychotherapist until she had her second child. She stayed home to raise her three sons and found her calling as a teacher when her youngest started kindergarten. She loves being in the classroom and seeing the light of comprehension light up in children’s eyes. Jen is married to Tom Keyse and they have three grown/college age sons, Will, Ben, and Ned. They are the light of her life. Jen loves being outdoors hiking and camping, taking photos, cooking and eating great food, traveling the world, and watching detective shows. She loves puzzles of all kinds.
