Here are some direct lines of DPS contacts you can reach during an emergency. These contacts are based in the Northeast Terminal, which services Isabella Bird. While you can always call the main Customer Service line, during peak travel times, you may end up being on hold for a while.
6) What if my child has a playdate, etc. with a friend and needs to ride their friend’s bus?
Write a note of permission and send it with your child. Include your child’s name, their friend’s name, your name and contact information, the route number, and the date they will be riding the bus. Be sure to sign it.
