DPS Bus FAQs for Families

Here are some resources to help direct you to the appropriate contacts for any bus-related situations: 

1) If there’s an emergency, like if my child got off at the wrong bus stop, do I need to call the main Customer Service?

2) My kid left something on the bus – who can I contact?

1) If there’s an emergency, like if my child got off at the wrong bus stop, do I need to call the main Customer Service? 

Here are some direct lines of DPS contacts you can reach during an emergency. These contacts are based in the Northeast Terminal, which services Isabella Bird. While you can always call the main Customer Service line, during peak travel times, you may end up being on hold for a while.

2) My kid left something on the bus – who can I contact? 

Any items left on the bus go to Northeast Terminal

3) What if I need to change my bus route or stop for my child? 

This is managed by DPS Routing. You will need to complete the online Transportation Exception Request form via the Parent Portal.

4) Where can I find my bus information? 

Here are 2 ways to find bus information: 

  1. Via the Parent Portal under the “Transportation” menu
  2. Via the Infinity Campus App 

5) What if I have any general questions and information?

Contact the DPS Transportation Customer Service at: 720-423-4600. Expect long hold times during peak bus travel times.

6) What if my child has a playdate, etc. with a friend and needs to ride their friend’s bus?
