Whitney was born in Lincoln, Nebraska, and was raised here in Colorado. After graduating from The University of Northern Colorado, she’s very excited to begin teaching! She’s been working in education for four years, and she values creating a safe, fun environment to learn.
In her free time, she likes to try new foods/restaurants, spend time with her family, and take her dogs for hikes. She has a Labradoodle named Ace and a German Shepherd/Husky mix named Nala! She loves being in education because kids have a unique perspective on the world and working with them provides an opportunity for continuous learning and personal growth. They always brighten her day!
