The Bus Opt-In Program for the 2022-23 school year is open NOW and will close June 30.
Families of eligible students will need to log into DPS Parent Portal and opt-in their student if they require DPS transportation services. The Opt-In Program helps the Transportation Team properly allocate resources and make plans for students who intend to ride the bus. Gathering this data early will ensure more timely and efficient transportation at the start of the school year.
If you do not opt in by the June 30 deadline, DPS will plan its bus routes without your students’ input. This doesn’t change students’ eligibility, but it could cause a delay in service.
Note: Students who were Exception Riders this year will not be able to opt-in; those families will need to file another Exception Request over the summer.
