Danielle is very excited to be a new addition to the mental health team alongside Steph at Izzi B this school year! This will be Danielle’s first year at Izzi B and her 8th year serving as a school psychologist in Denver Public Schools.
Danielle earned her Bachelor’s of Arts in Psychology from Fort Lewis College in Durango, Colorado and her Educational Specialist Degree in School Psychology from the University of Northern Colorado. Prior to coming to Denver Public Schools, she worked in Morgan County School District for 2 years and 12 years in Adams 27J.
Danielle was born in Chicago, Illinois but her family moved to Longmont, Colorado when she was 5 months old. She is so glad her family moved here because she absolutely adores Colorado and all this beautiful state has to offer. In her free time she enjoys adventuring with her sweet chocolate lab, Huxley. She loves camping, hiking, knitting/crocheting, brunching with friends, cooking and reading. She is also an avid Denver Broncos fan!
