I am so excited to be joining the Izzi B community! I am coming up on my 12th year of teaching and have spent the majority of that time teaching Kindergarten in DPS. I have also taught 2nd and 4th grade. I went to the University of Colorado, Boulder (GO BUFFS!) to get my degree in education. This is also where I met my husband, a fellow educator. We have a 2 year old baby girl, Quincy. I love to read books, travel, and see concerts, especially at Red Rocks. One of my favorite things about teaching is sparking the joy in learning and creating core memories that your child will remember for years to come.
